The deadline for registration is February 5 for those players (Ages 8 to 12) that need to attend assessments.

For kids age 9-12, we have a mandatory skills assessment day that will take place on Sunday February 9, 2020 in the North Scott Junior High gym. So mark your calendars now!  Below are the time slots for the different ages. We realize that is the same weekend as a state youth wrestling meet. For those that can't make your child's designated time, you can bring them to one that works as we would like to assess as many kids as possible.

All kids wanting to be considered for the upper three divisions (Majors, AAA, and AA) will need to attend assessments.

The registration deadline for Coach Pitch and Instructional age groups is April 1.

12 year olds: 12:30pm to 1:30pm

11 year olds: 1:45pm to 2:45pm

10 year olds: 3:00pm to 4:30pm

9 year olds: 4:45pm to 6:15pm

8 year olds can also be assessed and need to come to the 9 year old time slot.

The North Scott Little League has 5 different divisions and are listed below. Teams in the top three divisions are formed from a common draft. All divisions finish league play by the end of June.

Upper Three Divisions - League play starts in early April (maximum 18 game season) (Ages listed below are a general breakdown. From year to year, there are some exceptions that the board discusses on a case by case situation)

Majors - 12, 11, and 10 year olds

AAA - 11, 10 and 9 year olds

AA - 10, 9, and 8 year olds

Lower Two Divisions - League play starts first week of May (maximum 12 game season)

Coach Pitch - 8, 7 and 6 year olds - Provides a more competitive experience where more detailed baseball concepts are taught

Instructional - 5 and 6 year olds - this division is meant to serve as a bridge between tee ball and Coach Pitch
